Your first visit
A first visit is usually longer than a routine checkup. Plan for about 90 minutes, though the time depends on what is needed. The usual order is on the What to Expect page.

The next visit
After the exam, the dental team recommends when to come back. Many people are seen about every six months. The right interval depends on your teeth, gums, and history.
